Welcome on the website of the Carl Gustav Carus-Institut
The Carl Gustav Carus-Institut is an interdisciplinary anthroposophical research institute with numerous national and international partners, especially from the university sector. Our research focuses on white berried mistletoe (Viscum album L.), the development of pharmaceutical processes and the scientific monitoring of the application of mistletoe preparations in cancer therapy.
The economic and legal sponsor of our institute is the Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Krebstherapie e.V. (Society for the Promotion of Cancer Therapy).
The Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Krebstherapie e.V. is recognised as a non-profit association. Donations and membership fees are tax deductible.
